2020年2月再オープン（追加募集）決定のご案内（Reopening Notice）

【再オープン決定のお知らせ】

9月にソフトクローズさせていただいて以降のリターンが一定の水準をクリアできたことと、キャパ シティもまだ十分にあると判断できたことから、2020年2月に再 オープンすることを決定いたしました。これまでは円クラスのみ となっておりましたが、USDヘッジクラスもスタートいたします。 追加募集の金額は、RFMC（シンガポール規制）の制限もあり、 50億円前後にとどめさせていただきます。その金額に達し次第、 再度ソフトクローズとさせていただき、ライセンスのアップグ レード・プロセスに入る予定でおります。その間のソフトクロー ズ期間は4ヶ月～半年程度を想定しております。

【Reopening Notice】

The returns have met certain requirements and we deem that we have the capacity to accept more funds. We will reopen our funds in February 2020. In addition to the JPY class, we will start accepting USD hedge class. We aim to increase our AUM by about 5 billion JPY due to the restrictions of the RFMC license under MAS regulations. Depending on when we achieve that goal, we would soft close our fund again and upgrade our license. We predict that the next soft closing of our funds to last 4 to 6 months.
