A Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) is a fund management company registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It is permitted to serve to qualified investors only, without restriction of the uber of qualified investors. LFMCs are required to maintain Financial Resources not less than 120% of total risk requirement.
