【再オープンについて】

9月にソフトクローズさせていただき、これまでポートフォリオの構築を進めながら、11月の再オープンを検討してまいりました。

しかしながら、これまで新規投資があった月の運用成績が伸び悩みがちであったこともあり、我々はこの間のパフォーマンスに満足しておりません。まずは収益をより向上させることに努め、これまで投資いただいた皆様の信頼に応えることを優先するべきと判断し、11月の再オープンは見送らせていただくことといたしました。

今後の再オープンのタイミングとしては、年末年始を避ける形で2月を目標といたします。それまでは、運用成果の向上と運用・管理体制の拡充、コストの削減などに努めてまいります。再オープンを2月に実施できるかどうかについては、2019年末までに判断のうえで告知いたします。なお準備を進めておりますUSDシェアクラスについても、再オープンのタイミングに合わせることとなります。

多数の引き合いもいただいている中ではございますが、投資家に最適なリターンをお返しすることこそが、我々が最優先するべき責務と考えたうえでの決定です。

【Notice of reopening】

We continue to construct our portfolio after the soft close in September and considering to reopen for subscriptions in November.

However, we were not satisfied with the inadequate performance during new investments month. Hence, we decided to focus on improving our performance first. This is to give priority to our existing investors.

We target to reopen in February 2020 to avoid the year-end and New Year holidays period. Until then, we will strive to improve operations and management systems and work towards reducing costs.

Announcement will be made by end of 2019 on the reopening dates. The USD class unit will be available at the same time with the reopening.

Although we received a lot of inquiries on new subscriptions, currently our top priority is the optimal returns to investors. We thank you for your kind understanding.
